They compared 40 different metrics that ranged from average hours worked per week to the number of adults getting adequate sleep.
The top five states:
1. Louisiana 2. Mississippi 3. Nevada 4. New Mexico 5. Arkansas
According to the American Psychological Association, money, the economy, and health issues proved to be Americans' biggest stressors last year.
