For this week’s Paws & Pals, some pups from Almost Home Animal Rescue are looking to finally find their forever home.
Dwayne - 13-year-old King Charles Caviler Mix, was surrendered due to his owners health. They were no longer able to care for him. He is house trained, great with kids, cats and dogs. He is a very sweet boy who would love a forever home. Would love to be placed with another dog, loves to run in the yard and to play with his foster brother.
DREW – 4-month-old, male, retriever/lab mix. Rescued from down south with siblings. They were found in a box on the side of the road. He is great with dogs, and kids. He is working on house training and crate training. He does have separation anxiety, so Drew needs to be placed with another dog in the home. Has amazing dog skills!
AXEL – 1-year-old male hound mix, Rescued from down south, Great with dogs and kids. Would do best with another dog and an active family. He walks well on leash and does well in the car. He is just the typical silly, goofy hound.
COCO - 3-year-old, female, lab mix. Loves kids and people. Does well with dogs but needs to be the only dog due to resource guarding with other dogs but no guarding with people. Walks well on leash, loves the car. She would make a great addition to a family.
