News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Addison Green says it will be a partly to mostly cloudy Friday across the Hudson Valley.
WHAT'S NOW: Clouds move in overnight as a system moves through the mid-Atlantic states and pushes moisture over this way. Much of the region will see mostly cloudy to a mix of sun and clouds.
WHAT'S NEW: Colder air slowly descends down into the region from Friday night into Monday. Temperatures will trend about 10 degrees cooler than average for Sunday to Monday.
WHAT'S NEXT: Temperatures will slowly rebound each and every day through the upcoming work week with the 60s possible by next Friday.
FORECAST:
OVERNIGHT: Partly to mostly cloudy skies with a chill in the air. Temperatures will feel in the upper-30s when a light breeze is factored in. Lows in the upper-30s to low-40s.
FRIDAY: Partly to mostly cloudy. Highs in the low- to mid-50s. Lows in the mid- to upper-30s.
SATURDAY -- VETERANS DAY: Mostly sunny with near seasonable temperatures. Highs in the upper-40s to low-50s. Lows in the upper-20s to low-30s.
SUNDAY: Lots of sunshine with chilly temps. Highs in the mid-40s. Lows in the mid-20s to low-30s.
MONDAY: Mostly sunny with cold temperatures. Highs in the mid-40s. Lows in the upper-20s to low-30s.
TUESDAY: Partly sunny skies with a breeze at times. Highs in the upper-40s to low-50s. Lows in the upper-20s to low-30s.
WEDNESDAY: A few passing clouds with seasonable temperatures. Highs in the low- to mid-50s. Lows in the mid-30s.
THURSDAY: Mostly sunny. Highs in the mid-50s to low-60s. Lows in the upper-30s to low-40s.
