A two-alarm fire heavily damaged several units at a Fishkill apartment complex on Sunday.

A two-alarm fire heavily damaged several units at a Fishkill apartment complex on Sunday.
Fire officials say they got a call around 11:20 a.m. about a blaze at the Village at Merritt Park apartment complex on Jefferson Boulevard.
Multiple fire departments responded to the scene and battled the flames for more than seven hours. The fire burned through the roof in several locations
The Red Cross says it is helping six displaced families with a place to stay, food, medicine and anything else they may need.
News 12 was told that no one was injured in the fire.  
 A resident tells News 12 that the apartment complex management is accepting donations. They can be dropped off at the main office Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
