Health care workers on the front lines are getting a much-needed boost from a co-worker.
Glonni Monroy, who works in the emergency room at Greenwich Hospital, has been making art on personal protective equipment bags for his co-workers to lift their spirits.
He says the stress has been so intense and many workers don't completely feel safe as they are exposed to the virus every day.
Monroy says he wanted to do something to make their lives better.
"They're really loving it and it's not only the bags, but I try and find ways like OK, I think we need to play a good song right now," says Monroy.
Monroy's mother also sews hair caps for the hospital workers to keep them safe.
