The stress of working on the front lines of the pandemic can be extreme, so a company is helping first responders find some calm in the chaos.

Brittany Carbone and her husband run an upstate hemp farm and CBD wellness business called "Tonic Vibes."  

During the pandemic, they've sent out nearly a thousand samples of CBD tonic to medical professionals and first responders in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. "Now, more than ever, we are struggling to maintain that balance mentally and psychically, and that's what tonic does best is bring you back to that baseline," says Brittany Carbone.

Each sample is valued at $50, but the sales to the general public are funding the effort.
