VIDEO: NY Gov. Cuomo confirms Westchester coronavirus case, signs bill to fund state response

 

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo delivered an update Tuesday regarding coronavirus and the state's response to it. Cuomo confirmed Tuesday that a second New York state resident tested positive for the virus. He then signed a bill to provide $40 million in state funding to combat coronavirus.
