Police are investigating seven car-break-ins in New Canaan.
They say cash, cellphones, credit cards and other personal items were stolen.
The most recent break-in happened Tuesday in Irwin Park.
Officers say someone smashed the car window, and stole a purse.
Police say it is possible that these thefts are gang-related.
They are reminding the public to always lock their doors, and to never leave their keys in the car.
