Chef's Quick Tip: Beef Yakatori

Jay LeBlanc, of the Knot Norm's Catering Company, shows Tina Redwine how to make shrimp on a Japanese-style grill.
 
Beef Yakitori
Ingredients:
Petit filet
Bamboo skewers
Canola oil
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Soy sauce
Scallions
Shallot
Garlic
Ginger
S&P
 
Recipe: 
cut steak thing and skewer it
Chop garlic / shallot / ginger / scallions and place in a glass or metal bowl
Heat oil in a sauté pan until it lightly smokes.
Pour oil over chopped ingredients.
After cools add soy sauce
Pour everything over the steak skewers 2-24 hours.
Grill them 1min per side
