Friends and family are planning a candlelight vigil to remember Stephanie Parze on what would have been her 26th birthday.
The vigil will take place Wednesday in downtown Freehold.
Parze was killed in late October and her body was found off Route 9 in January.
Prosecutors suspected Parze's former boyfriend, John Ozbilgen, of the killing. He subsequently committed suicide.
Parze's father said he plans to announce a foundation in his daughter's memory.
The vigil is expected to start at 6:30 p.m. at 51 West Main St.
