Freezing temperatures are on the way for Valentine’s Day weekend, News 12 meteorologists say.

Temperatures are expected to become much colder Friday through Saturday, with lows Friday night in the teens.

It will be mostly cloudy Friday with a low around 32 degrees.

Wind chill values between will make the actual temperature feel more like 20 and 25 degrees.

Saturday will be sunny with a high near 31 degrees.

Sunday is expected to be warmer at around 46 degrees.
