Police say an Old Bethpage man has been arrested and is accused of stabbing his parents.

According to police, Myron Mycio stabbed both of his parents with a knife during a fight.

The incident happened inside their home on Barry Lane around 12:30 p.m. Sunday.

Mycio’s 62-year-old father and 61-year-old mother both suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The 24-year-old was found inside the home a short time later and was arrested.

Mycio is charged with two counts of assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
