This week on Paws & Pals, Harry Stolberg, of Paws of War, visited the News 12 studio to talk about service dogs who ease the emotional effects of war that a lot of veterans come home with.
Stolberg says his dog, Rocky, is trained to open the door to his bedroom, turn on the light, pull the blanket off of him and lick his hands until he wakes up from a nightmare.
The training for the dogs is completely free through the organization, and Stolberg says they even work with dogs from shelters.
