Hardware stores are stocking up on supplies before predicted wintry weather settles over the region on Saturday.

Fulton Home Center and Hardware in Bedford-Stuyvesant has salt and shovels ready to be sold. The store is hoping to sell out of its salt supply as it eventually becomes dry and hard overtime.

The store will have extended hours for last-minute-shoppers or if the storm is worse than anticipated.
