A fire broke out on the roof of Bridgeport Hospital, officials say.

The incident happened Thursday around 8 p.m. inside the AT&T electrical room on the roof of the hospital.

According to fire officials, crews were able to quickly put the fire out.

Staff says hospital services were not affected.

Emergency crews from AT&T were working on making repairs.

Officials say no one was injured, and the cause of the fire is being investigated.
