A family's social media request has an entire community searching for a missing baby blanket.
Antonio Patrylo, 5, was at Bin's Clean Laundromat on Avenue U with his father Saturday. His father accidentally left Antonio's blanket at the laundromat.
Antonio says it's all he can think about and that he can't sleep without it.
Antonio's mother shared their story on Facebook, hoping that someone might have seen the blanket or accidentally taken it home. What she didn't expect, was the outpour of love and support they received.
Hundreds of people shared her post -- some going to the laundromat to search for it, some offering to buy Antonio a new blanket and a few even offering to crochet one for him.
His parents did buy him another one, but it seems it's not going to cut it.
"I want my the other one with the brown stripe," said Antonio.
The family is asking anyone who might have an idea of where the blanket is to get it back to Antonio.
