Police confiscate more than $62K in drugs in southern NJ bust

New Jersey State Police announced a major drug bust in Cumberland and Salem counties.
Authorities say that Frank Green was arrested with more than $62,000 in drugs, plus various handguns and more than $7,700 in cash.
Green was allegedly operating out of houses in Vineland and Millville. He was charged with possession of heroin and cocaine, possession of heroin with intent to distribute, weapons charges and possession of drug paraphernalia.
“You never know where those drugs would’ve ended up, if they would’ve caused a death of anyone. And obviously those illegal firearms. It definitely saved lives,” says Trooper Charles Marchan.
Green’s arrest was the result of a five-month investigation. He is being held at the Salem County Jail.
