NYPD: Man found with gunshot wound to head in Concourse Village

The NYPD says a man was shot and killed in Concourse Village Saturday night.

Police responded to a call of a man being shot near 1441 Webster Ave. Police say when officers arrived, they discovered the body of a 36-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the head in front of a liquor store.

EMS transported him to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Officials have not confirmed the identity of the victim.

No arrests have been made.
