Chef’s Quick Tip: Chicken Bone Broth

Ingredients:
1 quart of Nit Noi Pasture-Raised Chicken Bone Broth
½ cup of scallion
½ cup of cilantro
¼ cup white vinegar
3 Serrano peppers
3 tsp of Nit Noi Thai Fried Garlic
Recipe:
Trim scallion at ends by slicing about 1/2 inch above the roots, and approximately
2 inches from the green tops. Slice scallions lengthwise in 1/8 inch, set aside. Destem
cilantro, removing the stems.
For the spicy vinegar:
Cut Serrano peppers in 1/8 inch, add white vinegar – flavor develops best when refrigerated over night.
Bring Nit Noi Chicken Bone Broth to boil, pour into a large cup, garnish with
scallion, cilantro, chili vinegar, and Nit Noi Thai Fried Garlic.
