East Haven man accused of setting foreclosed house on fire

A man is facing charges for allegedly setting a house on fire in East Haven.

Fire officials say the fire started Friday at a foreclosed home on Henry Street.

They say the home's former tenant, Joshua Miller, started the fire.

Officials say he was upset about losing the house and threw a lit cigarette onto a towel, which ignited the blaze.
