Detectives: Fort Salonga woman dies after being hit by vehicle driven by husband

A Fort Salonga woman died after being hit by a car driven by her own husband, detectives say.

Detectives say Nancy Richard was coming back home after walking her grandchild to the bus stop Monday morning when she was hit as her husband was backing out of their driveway.

The 79-year-old woman was transported to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.
