B&H is facing a major lawsuit after failing to pay millions of dollars in taxes.
NY state Attorney General Letitia James filed the lawsuit against the company on Thursday.
The lawsuit says that B&H owes at least $7 million on reimbursements received from manufacturers as part of rebate discounts.
James is seeking millions in damages, interest and penalties.
B&H is one of the nation's biggest photo and video equipment retailers in the nation.
