‘Love every day’: Couple with cerebral palsy celebrate 14 years of marriage

A couple housed at Cerebral Palsy of Westchester in Rye Brook celebrated 14 years of marriage Tuesday.
John, 87, and Karen Vivona, 68, say they have been together for more than 20 years and share a powerful connection through their ailment.
Family and friends came together at the Rye Brook facility to celebrate their union.
“John and Karen show love every day…so it grows on everybody here and they give us a great strength of love every day,” says Ollie Lowery, friend of the couple.
News 12’s Rebecca Solomon asked John Vivona about the love he shares with his wife, and secret to love and happiness.
“Love every day,” he says.
