Dozens of dogs dress up for annual Halloween costume parade

Halloween is less than two weeks away but some furry friends got to celebrate a little early.
Dozens of dogs came dressed up in their best outfits ready to take part in this year's dog Halloween Costume Parade.
The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce hosts the festival every year during the annual harvest market.
Nearly 90 pop-up vendors were there selling everything from clothes and accessories, to pumpkins and cider. For many people who go to the event, the dog parade is just an added bonus.
There was also a prize for best costume and most creativity.
"We have Rudy here. He's a Pomeranian mix. He was in the costume parade and he's a very scary spider, and he won the category," said Jan Schaeffler.
Organizers say the event continues to get bigger and better.
