This week's dogs are up for adoption at Bobbi and the Strays. The shelter is located at 2 Rider Place in Freeport. Their phone number is (516) 378-4340.
Astro is an almost 10-year-old Spaniel mix who was abandoned. He is heartworm free, microchipped, up to date on his vaccines and neutered.
Jezebel adores other pups and would love a quiet home with loving new parents. Jezebel is a 6-year-old Poodle who is heartworm free, up to date on required vaccines, microchipped and spayed.
Tiger is always ready for a pleasant stroll or a ball toss, even though he has lost most of his sight due to a recent diagnosis of diabetes. Tiger recently lost his human. Even though he misses his dad, he is acclimating very well and bonding with many people at the shelter. Happy little Tiger is an 8-year-old Silky Terrier who is heartworm free, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on required vaccines.
Gulliver is very friendly and bonds quickly with people. He behaves well with other dogs. He was found as a stray. Gulliver is a mixed breed, medium size and approximately 1.5 years old. He is 38 pounds.
