A Franklin Square man is accused of robbing the same Subway sandwich shop at gunpoint twice.

Police say Jerry Torres is expected to face a Nassau judge today on charges of robbery, weapons, and resisting arrest.

According to police, the 55-year-old is seen in a surveillance photo ordering a Subway employee to open the register at gunpoint.

It happened last month at the shop on Franklin Avenue.

Police say Torres robbed the same location eight days earlier.
