Lawyer files motion to obtain Jennifer Dulos' medical records

The lawyer of the estranged husband of the missing New Canaan woman Jennifer Dulos has filed a motion to obtain her medical records.
The motion was filed by Norm Pattis Tuesday in Stamford court.
This is the second time Pattis has attempted to get Jennifer’s medical records.
The first motion was denied by Judge John Blawie at Dulos’ last court hearing but the judge told Patis he would consider taking the motion up again if compelling evidence was brought forward.
Both Fotis and his girlfriend Michelle Troconis were re-arrested last week after facing additional tampering with evidence charges.
Fotis will be arraigned on the new charge at Norwalk courthouse Thursday.
Troconis will be arraigned on her new charges on Sept. 18.
