Police: Woman charged in deadly stabbing of identical twin

Police in Camden say a woman has been charged with stabbing her identical twin sister to death.
The stabbing happened Sunday around 5:38 a.m. on the 1200 block of East State Street at the Centennial Village Apartments.
According to police, Amanda Ramirez, 27, has been charged with first-degree aggravated manslaughter in the fatal stabbing of her identical twin sister, Anna Ramirez.
Arriving officers say Anna was lying on the ground and it appeared she had been stabbed.
She was taken to Cooper University Hospital, where she died.
