Police: Man found fatally shot outside Cooper Houses in Williamsburg

Police say a man was found fatally shot outside the Cooper Houses in Williamsburg early Saturday morning.

They say Jonathan Ramos, 27, was found outside 295 Jackson St. around 2:30 a.m. Ramos lived a block away from where he was gunned down.

News 12 is told he had a gunshot wound to his torso and was rushed to Woodhull Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police say they believe Ramos was having a dispute with the person before he was shot.

No arrests have been made so far.
