Police arrest suspect in shooting that injured man and 11-year-old

A shooting in Crown Heights Thursday sent two people to the hospital, including an 11-year-old boy.
Police have arrested Angel Eaddy, 27, in connection with the shooting on several charges, including attempted murder, assault, criminal use of a firearm and reckless endangerment.
Investigators say the shooting started Thursday night at around 7 p.m.
Police were called to the corner of Schenectady and Brooklyn avenues. When they arrived, they found the 11-year-old with a gunshot wound to the chest and a 30-year-old man shot in the knee. The two are recovering and expected to be OK.
Surveillance video shows the moment the gunman pulled the trigger in the middle of the sidewalk and began firing several rounds.
Investigators say the victims were not the intended targets and that the suspect intended to shoot someone else.
Eaddy was walked from the 77th Precinct in handcuffs Friday afternoon. He did not respond to any questions.
