The estranged husband of missing New Canaan mom Jennifer Dulos is now out on bond.
Fotis Dulos' attorney, Norm Pattis, attempted to get his client's bond reduced, but the state's attorney, Rich Colangelo, wanted it increased. The judge denied both requests, keeping bond at half a million dollars. Fotis Dulos posted bond Tuesday afternoon. The judge did put regulations on Fotis Dulos' release. He is required to wear an electronic monitoring device, must turn over his passports and isn't allowed to leave the state. Fotis Dulos entered a not guilty plea.
This comes as prosecutors revealed new details today about the evidence against Fotis Dulos. The prosecutor said in court that Dulos' DNA was found mixed with his wife's blood in the sink of her New Canaan home.
Jennifer Dulos disappeared May 24. Police found her blood in her home and on items thrown out in trash cans in Hartford. Security footage captured what appeared to be Fotis Dulos and his girlfriend Michelle Troconis dumping the evidence.
"The lab was able to confirm that the defendant's DNA was found in a mixture on the faucet inside Jennifer's kitchen, in the house where she went missing from," said Colangelo.

Troconis also appeared in court Tuesday and pleaded not guilty. The judge ruled she too is not to leave the state. Troconis is reportedly cooperating with investigators on the case, but it is unknown what she has told them so far.
There was an extensive media presence at the hearing Tuesday, as the case has made national news. Both defense attorneys briefly addressed reporters after.
Pattis denied the charges against Fotis Dulos and his knowing the whereabouts of Jennifer Dulos. He also said his client will be exonerated.
"I think we can account for his whereabouts for almost all of the time," Pattis said. "The narrow window that it would've taken for him to drive down here and accomplish things would make it impossible for a crime to have been committed by him."
Pattis also claimed it would be normal for his client's DNA to be on Jennifer Dulos' faucet, because he had visited his kids a couple days before. The prosecutor countered that Fotis Dulos was only outside the home that day, not inside.
Fotis Dulos has been barred from seeing his children. He is due back in court Aug. 2.
Troconis will return to court July 18.
