Whether it's operating out of a tuk-tuk or a storefront, one Bronx resident is finally living out his dreams of selling coffee, a big change from his former Wall Street life.
Peter Gennari, the owner of Clipper Coffee on City Island, didn't always sell coffee in his own store.

Last year, he started out with a mobile truck, an electric tuk-tuk, which are taxis in Thailand.
Despite a love of coffee, Gennari started out his career on Wall Street. He says a cancer scare made him realize what is important in his life.

"That made me realize that you only have one life and you have to follow your dreams, and I had always wanted to own my own business and do something on my own,” says Gennari.

After living in Manhattan for 15 years he moved to City Island five years ago and opened Clipper Coffee.

The coffee shop feature a variety of coffee drinks as well as plenty of food items.
Gennari says he just wanted to a create a space for the community with a family friendly establishment,

"You know, we have the restaurants here, which are great, but I thought people just needed a place to grab a coffee and sit and talk,” says Gennari.
