BROOKLYN -

A 10-year-old Brooklyn girl is making a difference through her music and writing.

Samirah Anne Horton, also known as DJ Annie Red, took an interest in becoming a DJ at 6 years old. She's landed countless gigs and says everything was great until she got bullied.

Horton uses her platform to teach kids in the classroom about what to do if they get bullied.

Horton is also the author of the book "The Bully Stop." She also hosts anti-bullying forums and offers free DJ classes.
