A pair of Shih Tzus was found locked in a crate at a home in Newark.

A pair of Shih Tzus was found locked in a crate at a home in Newark.
Someone who went to clean out the foreclosed property discovered the dogs, now named Fred and Wilma. The dogs were brought to the Associated Humane Societies Newark facility to receive treatment.
The agency is working to rehabilitate the dogs.
