A new spa in Baychester opened its doors this weekend.
Sophia Lawrence cut the ribbon on Saturday at her new spa, Kingdom Royale Face and Body Spa. She was joined by her 17-year-old son, Tyler, who she says has been her helping hand for years.
Lawrence's mission is to provide natural beauty products free of all harmful toxins. She says she started out sampling products to her church members, and now -- with the support of her son and her community -- she's been able to make her spa dream come true.
The Kingdom Royale is now taking appointments. It officially opens for facials and beauty services Monday morning.
