CT House passes 2 gun control measures

Lawmakers in the Connecticut House passed two gun control laws Tuesday evening.
"Ethan's Law" passed with wide bipartisan support. The law would require unloaded guns to be locked away when kids are present.
The law is named for Ethan Song, a teen from Guilford who accidentally shot himself with an unsecured gun.
The state House also passed a ban on so-called ghost guns, which are weapons assembled from a kit.
The ban also outlaws 3D-printed guns. It would allow hobbyists to build guns as long as they're registered and can be picked up by a metal detector.
