Police: Noose found in Dennis Collins Park in Bayonne
Police in Bayonne are looking for a person who hung a noose in Dennis Collins Park.
They were alerted to it, by a person who was passing through the park Friday morning.
Bayonne's NAACP branch called it a “racist act” and is demanding answers.
The rope has since been cut down and placed into evidence.
