Chef’s Quick Tip: Chocolate Matzo Bark

This week Chef Leah from Chabad of Stamford shares with Tina Redwine how to make chocolate matzo bark.
Chocolate covered Matza
Matza (I love Shmurah Matza)
Good quality dark chocolate chips
Chopped nuts of your choice (I love pistachio and toasted almond)
Assorted Chopped dried fruit - go wild! Mango, craisins, figs, apricots, apples, the sky’s the limit!!
Place matza on a tray in a single layer
Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave
Spread a layer of chocolate on the Matza and sprinkle on fruit and nuts
Put in fridge to set and then break into pieces to serve
