Police: Woman shot at man sitting in car in Bed-Stuy

Police say a person opened fire into a parked car on Madison Street in Bed-Stuy last week.
It happened around 5:45 p.m. on Thursday, March 14.
According to police, the car was parked across the street from a school with a 40-year-old man sitting inside.
Police tell News 12 they believe the suspect is a woman. In surveillance video, the suspect is seen walking down the street, then back up to a black Jeep that is running. The suspect then opened fire.
The man inside the car tells News 12 he was cleaning his car on Madison Street between Tompkins and Marcy avenues.
"When I sat in the car I rolled the window down a little and two seconds later, not even a second later, gunshots started flying," says the man who identified himself as "T."
He tells News 12 he does not know the shooter.
"I'm not even scared, I'm just upset. If you can sleep at night knowing you traumatized kids, you aint' a human being, you ain't a human being. You need to turn yourself in, you [are going to be] caught because the people in this neighborhood ain't having it," he says.
He was not hurt during the shooting.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
