A Morris Park eatery is serving up healthy dishes gourmet style, and it is more than just salads and leafy greens.

Better Gourmet Health Kitchen in Morris Park is the first Bronx location out of long line of Better Restaurants.

Opening 13 years ago in Staten Island by his cousin, owner Pasty Buffollino says he wanted to bring the family's staple of fresh and healthy cuisine to the Bronx.

"So it’s everyone favorites, we are just preparing them healthier," says Buffolino.            

The restaurant offers many healthy options such as salads and smoothies.

However, it’s the restaurant's signature wraps that keep the customers coming back for more. There are more than 30 different wraps to choose from that make healthy "better.”  

Better Gourmet Health Kitchen is open six days a week.
