Police are searching for the woman who broke into a car in Norwalk to steal a credit card that she later used at a nearby store.

Norwalk police tweeted a photo of the thief who broke into a car at the L.A. Fitness on Main Avenue.

They say she used the card a short time later at the nearest Walmart.

Police are now reminding shoppers not to leave anything valuable inside their cars.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Norwalk Police Department.
