As temperatures continue to drop, many residents of Spring Creek Towers say they are having major heating problems in their apartments.
They say the problem began when it started getting colder in October. Residents say they called the maintenance office for help, but the fix wouldn't last long.
A spokesperson for Spring Creek Towers said in part, "We have identified and resolved the underlying issue causing a disruption. However some isolated units may continue to receive reduced heat due to pockets of air in the system. Our maintenance technicians are working around the clock to remove air remaining in the system."
But many residents say the issue is not resolved, because their apartments are still too cold. And they say sometimes their calls to maintenance go unanswered.
