Officials say a bail package has been approved for one of the suspects accused of beating and stabbing Lesandro "Junior" Guzman Feliz to death in June.
In total, 14 suspects are facing charges for the brutal attack at a bodega in Belmont.
News 12 is told Danilo Payamps Pacheco, can be released from jail, if he can come up with a fully secured bond of $500,000.
A judge also says the suspected Trinitarios gang member will have to surrender his passport and wear an ankle monitor if he can come up with the money.
