Justin Timberlake has postponed Wednesday evening's concert at Madison Square Garden.

Timberlake posted on Instagram that his vocal cords are bruised and that the postponement was per doctor's orders.

He said the Oct. 24 concert would be made up on his birthday, Jan. 31, with more information to come.

MSG advised on Twitter that fans hold on to their tickets to be honored at the rescheduled concert.
