Chef's Quick Tip: Healthy salad dressing

Christine Dunst, owner of Embody Wellness Co., shows how to make a healthy alternative to creamy salad dressings.
Ingredients:
*Use organic
3 tsp nut butter (we love "Nutzo" brand)
Juice from 1 lemon
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp Bragg liquid aminos (soy sauce alternative) 
3-4 tbsp water (depending on consistency you like)
1 tbsp EVOO
Sea salt and pepper
Directions:
Mix all in a high-speed blender and ENJOY!
