Summer may be over, but one Williamsburg restaurant is serving up Brooklyn-inspired hot dogs year-round.

The Bedford on Bedford Avenue is credited with creating the 'drunken cookie' – a chocolate chip cookie served with a syringe filled with white chocolate which customers inject inside.

Now, the restaurant has introduced the 'All Star Brooklyn Hot Dog' made of pork kielbasa, kimchi, brussels sprouts and topped with mustard and spicy cheese sauce.

Creators say they wanted to incorporate a variety of food representing the many unique and diverse cultures of people living in Brooklyn.
