Alleged Trinitarios gang member released on bail

An alleged Trinitarios gang member has been freed on bail.
The alleged gang member, 21-year-old Ramon Paulino, is accused of beating a 14-year-old boy in the middle of the Bronx River Parkway on June 18.
The beating happened days after the death of Lesandro "Junior" Guzman-Feliz.
The NYPD says that the brawl, which was caught on video, was linked to Junior's stabbing.
Prosecutors want Paulino to be held without bail.
However, Manhattan Federal Court judge Andrew Carter says that the government had only made "speculative" arguments about the danger to the community posed by the alleged gang member.
