A grand jury has indicted the man accused of killing a 33-year-old dad in Bushwick on Father's Day.
David Hall, 46, faces charges of murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the slaying of William Fernandez, whose family attended the hearing.
Fernandez's sister says an ongoing dispute over parking between him and Hall preceded the slaying.
Hall's tires had been slashed, she says, but it was unclear who did it.
But because the parking dispute led to a verbal argument, she says Hall had a "vendetta."
