Flatbush residents rallied Wednesday to mark one year since the shooting death of a man outside a neighborhood deli and to emphasize that the suspects remain at large despite having been quickly identified by police.
Last year, police used surveillance images to link Rasheed and Dean Boland to the killing of Justin Hackley. But the men have continually eluded capture.
Investigators say the brothers and Hackley got into an argument that ended when Rasheed Boland pulled out a gun and shot the victim multiple times in the chest and neck.
Community members and activists marched and demanded justice Wednesday.
The NYPD is offering up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrests of the Boland brothers.
