Police: Teens used knife to cut victim's head during Bronx assault

A 17-year-old was attacked by a gang of knife-wielding teens in the Bronx, police say.
The incident happened on June 8, outside of E. 196th Street and Jerome Avenue around 8:30 a.m.
Police say the suspect, who is believed to be a member of the Trinitarios Gang, used a knife to cut the teen in the head.
The 17-year-old was transported to the hospital where he was treated for a cut to his head.
Police say the suspects are believed to be between 14 and 18 years old.
